You can give your toys the right track on the Autobahn with this house plus garage!
Of course it is incredibly fun to have a Ferrari or a fast Porsche. But let’s be honest. If you don’t live near Germany you can’t legally let go of all those horsepower. Especially in the Randstad you can at most drive a bit on an early Sunday morning, but that’s about it.
For this Fundablog we focus on the east of the country. If we zoom in a bit more on the Dutch map, we are talking about Venray. Less than half an hour’s drive from the Autobahn, this spacious villa is for sale. Another advantage of this location is that you get quite a lot of (living) space for the money. What were we all doing in the Randstad again?
The current owner understands the advantage of living near the Autobahn, because in his (m/f) garage there are excellent instruments ready to stretch your legs on the German asphalt. Among others a Ferrari GTC4Lusso for example. I can imagine more annoying cars to do groceries in Germany. Furthermore we see more nice stuff in the garage, such as a BMW 8 Series Cabrio, a Z4 and a Maserati Levante.
The heated garage is really spacious with a surface of no less than 265 square meters. There are couples who live in an attic in Amsterdam of 35 square meters. These cars have more freedom of movement than many a Mokumer.

The garage is accessible from inside by elevator.
