The new G80 electrified model has a body length of 5135 mm, a width of 1925 mm, a height of 1480 mm, and a wheelbase of 3140 mm. The wheelbase is 130 mm longer than the internal combustion engine model.
The new G80 electrified model has secured 995mm of second-row legroom, which is 83mm longer than before, through a longer wheelbase and optimized second-row seat position. Chauffeur mode and rear-seat VIP seats have been added. Chauffeur mode maximizes second-row ride comfort with brake control hydraulic optimization, torque, and suspension setup.
The rear VIP seats support 16-way power adjustment (14-way for the left seat) including the left/right seat backrest reclining function, wing-out headrest, and comfort stretching function of the ergo motion seat. It also provides a 2nd row easy close system, power door curtains, and entertainment system.
The new G80 electrified model is equipped with a 94.5kWh 4th generation battery. The driving range on a single charge is 475km based on the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy certification standard. The battery is supplied by SK On. The new G80 electrified model comes with a dual motor all-wheel drive as standard. It has a total output of 370 horsepower, a maximum torque of 71.4kgm, and a zero-to-100 km/h acceleration time of 5.1 seconds.
The new G80 electrified model has improved front and rear bushing specifications to reduce vibration. The introduction of active rear-wheel steering has secured excellent turning radius and steering stability even with the extended wheelbase. Active Sound Design (e-ASD) has been newly applied. Interior quietness has been enhanced by increasing glass thickness and expanding sound-absorbing materials.
The new G80 electrified model is equipped with an interior fingerprint authentication system, a passenger seat position memory system, a 3-zone air conditioner, digital key 2, built-in cam 2, a direct grip sensing steering wheel, 17-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound, and a 27-inch display. A blade-integrated washer fluid injection system has been newly applied.
