Are you considering a plug-in hybrid? Then you are in good company. Sales of plug-in hybrids are on the rise: here are the top 10 in Europe right now – perfect for some weekend inspiration.

In the automotive industry analysts Jato Dynamics’ latest measurement of sales statistics and new registrations in Europe, there are several clear trends.

Among other things, it shows that Tesla loses to BMW in terms of newly registered electric cars. A drop of 16 percent compared to last year’s figures for July.

For example, the Tesla Model Y is no longer Europe’s best-selling car, but only ends up in ninth place. Instead, sales of BMW models such as the BMW iX1, iX2, i4 and i5 are increasing.
