New design specifications were also added to the interior. Domestic release is undecided.
Pilot Black Edition is a new top trim introduced in the 2025 model, higher than the existing Elite. The Pilot Black Edition exterior features a glossy black grill bar, black side mirrors, black front duct, black window trim, black door garnish, black rear bumper garnish, and black edition emblem.
The Pilot Black Edition interior features a steering wheel and door panels with exclusive red contrast stitching, perforated leather seats, and ambient lighting that reflects the red theme. Red stitching was also used on the dashboard. ‘Black Edition’ lettering was engraved on the first row headrest and floor mat.
The Pilot Black Edition powertrain combines a 4th-generation 3.5-liter V6 engine and a 10-speed automatic transmission to produce a maximum output of 289 horsepower and a maximum torque of 36.2kgm. It is equipped with a shutter grill and variable cylinder control system VCM. The Black Edition comes standard with four-wheel drive. Up to 70% of power is transmitted to the rear wheels.
Meanwhile, for the 2025 Pilot, the entry trim LX of the existing 2024 model has been discontinued. Compared to the previous model, the 2025 Pilot has an increase of $300 (about 400,000 won) in all trims in the US. The EX trim went up by $800 (about 1 million won). The price of the Pilot Black Edition is set at $55,675 (about 74 million won).
