Hyundai Motor Company announced on the 6th that it will launch the 2024 Kona. The 2024 Kona is characterized by adding a new trim, Modern Plus, which increases practicality, and standardizing safety and convenience specifications for each trim. In particular, the price of the 2024 Kona modern trim was lowered by 400,000 won, and other trims were frozen. It starts from 24.46 million won.
The detailed price of the 2024 Kona is 24.46 million won for the 2.0 gasoline Modern, 25.1 million won for the Modern Plus, 27.1 million won for the Premium, and 30.51 million won for the Inspiration. The 1.6 Turbo costs 25.16 million won for the Modern, 25.8 million won for the Modern Plus, 27.79 million won for the Premium, and 31.2 million won for the Inspiration. The hybrid is priced at 29.59 to 34.95 million won.
The 2024 Kona is equipped with a second-row air vent in the Modern trim, a fabric roof and 18-inch wheels in the Premium trim, and a vibration warning steering wheel in the Inspiration. However, the price of the 2024 Kona Modern trim was reduced by 400,000 won compared to before, and the prices of other trims were frozen, increasing price competitiveness.
A vibration warning steering wheel was also added to the optional ‘Hyundai SmartSense’, which consists of an advanced driver assistance system. Hyundai Smart Sense can now be selected from Modern Trim, Modern Plus Trim, and Premium Trim. The 2024 Kona is provided with a new trim, Modern Plus, that increases practicality.
The 2024 Kona Modern Plus trim is based on the modern trim and is equipped with an 8-way electric driver’s seat, first row ventilated seats, and safety power windows (first row). In the Modern Plus trim, you can select the navigation package, Hi-Pass, Hyundai Smart Sense, and Style I, and a sunroof cannot be added.
