The price of Kia EV6 was confirmed to be 52.6 to 59.95 million won after applying electric vehicle tax benefits. The new EV6 has a changed exterior design, improved ride comfort and quietness, and an increase in driving range of up to 494 km when fully charged with the 4th generation battery, but its price is the same as the previous model.
Kia secured competitiveness by freezing the price of the new EV6 despite strengthening its marketability to the level of a new car. The detailed price of EV6 partial modifications is 52.6 million won for Long Range Light, 55.3 million won for Air, 59.35 million won for Earth, and 59.95 million won for GT Line after applying electric vehicle tax benefits. The government subsidy for the new EV6 has not yet been disclosed.
In conjunction with the launch of the new EV6, Kia operates a dedicated purchase program, ‘Triple Zero’. Triple Zero is a program that reduces three burdens when purchasing a vehicle, and is targeted at individuals and self-employed customers who have shipped the new EV6 within this year. Trade-ins, variable interest rate installments, and residual value are guaranteed.
The new EV6 features Kia’s new family look, the front with starmap signature lighting daytime running lights, new interior ambient lamps and capacitive steering wheel, a newly designed panoramic curved display, a wireless charging pad with an improved structure, Features include fingerprint authentication, e Hi-Pass, and Digital Key 2.
In particular, the new EV6 is equipped with an 84kWh 4th generation battery, securing a driving range of up to 494km when fully charged. In addition, the existing frequency-sensitive shock absorber was tuned to improve riding comfort on rough roads, and a 10-airbag system was applied, including optimized motor noise control, increased B-pillar thickness, and second-row side airbags.
