Maserati Quattroporte Grand Final Revealed, Goodbye ‘V8’

Maserati unveiled the Quattroporte Grand Finale on the 6th (local time). The Quattroporte Grand Finale is the last V8 engine-equipped model in Maserati history, and is characterized by exclusive exterior colors, carbon body kits, and aluminum brake calipers. Customer deliveries have been completed.

The Quattroporte is the flagship sedan of the Maserati brand. The current Quattroporte is a partial change to the sixth-generation model that debuted in 2014. The Quattroporte Grand Final is the last V8 engine-equipped model in Maserati history. Maserati discontinued the Ghibli and Levante V8 models last year.

The 3.8-liter V8 twin-turbo engine mounted on the Quattroporte Grand Final is combined with an 8-speed automatic transmission to generate a maximum output of 580 horsepower and a maximum torque of 74.4 kgm. The carbon engine cover is engraved with the signatures of Maserati’s custom-made program Fuoriserie team members and the engineers who worked on the vehicle.

The Quattroporte Grand Final accelerates from standstill to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds. The top speed is limited to 326 km/h. The exterior of the Quattroporte Grand Final is finished in Maserati’s signature color, Blu Nobile. The carbon body kit is also painted in Blu Nobile.

It is equipped with brushed aluminum brake calipers. The interior of the Quattroporte Grand Finale features a steering wheel with added bevelled accents, door sills with ‘Quattroporte Grand Finale’ engraving, Grand Final emblem on the center tunnel, black leather covering the A-pillar and trunk, and a glass identification number ‘99999’.
