This is what you all encountered on vacation! (Part 1)

We have collected the coolest holiday spots so far in one article.

The holiday season is not over yet, but we have already welcomed a lot of holiday spots on Car Whiz Spots. That is why it is high time to bundle them into an article. If you have not uploaded your holiday spots yet: don’t panic, there will be a part 2. In addition, our competition, in which you can win a BMW Powerslide Training, is still running.

Porsche Carrera GT

We start off with a killer spot: a Porsche Carrera GT. The owner was walking this car on the Susten Pass in Switzerland and @dubcars happened to be there at the right moment.

Alfa Romeo Montreal

The Alfa Romeo Montreal is one of those cars that makes you happy when you see one. Especially in orange. @meulen276 managed to spot this work of art by the late Marcello Gandini in Aunis, France.

Ferrari 12Cylinder

@bartverbunt was in Modena and guess what he spotted there? A Ferrari! It was a special one, because we haven’t seen the brand new 12Cilindri pass by very often. Bart actually thought he had spotted an electric Ferrari, so apparently the 12Cilindri doesn’t make that much noise when it’s not revving.

BMW 3.0 CS

A classic always provides the most idyllic holiday snaps. @t5power came across this very nice 3.0 CS in the Austrian Alps.

Ferrari 550 Barchetta

@roskampies didn’t go south, but north. Even then you can encounter exotics, because on the way to Stockholm he came across a rare 550 Barchetta. As a bonus, there was also a classic Jaguar XK on the trailer.

Pagani Huayra Codalunga

One of the pilgrimages that you can visit as a car enthusiast in Italy is San Cesario sul Panaro, the home of Pagani. @chrisc was lucky, because he managed to spot the Huarya Codalunga there. It is extremely rare, even by Pagani standards, with a production run of 5 pieces.

Dodge Challenger R/T

We didn’t know it either, but Sweden is apparently the place to be if you want to spot American cars. @autospotter2011 came across several, including this fat Challenger. By the way, it’s not from a Swede, but from a German.

McLaren 600LT & Dallara Stradale

You don’t come across a bright red McLaren 600LT every day, but this wasn’t the most special car that @b088y had in front of his hotel in Switzerland. There was also a Dallara Stradale in front of the door. This is a rare road car from the Italian manufacturer that normally mainly builds racing cars.

Ferrari 812 GTS

A country where you really don’t expect supercars is Iceland. Yet @crashingduke came across one. Several even. In addition to an SF90 and a 992 GT3, he also came across this beautifully executed 812 GTS. Now that’s unexpected holiday spots.

Have you also spotted something nice on holiday or are you hoping to do so soon? Then we would also like to see your holiday snaps on Car Whiz Spots. Who knows, your spot might be featured in part 2. We will also raffle a BMW Powerslide Training among the uploads. Please note: if you want to have a chance, you must enter the description #holidayspot2024 please mention when uploading.
