Mercedes-Benz new GLC hybrid unveiled, self-leveling suspension applied

Mercedes-Benz unveiled the new GLC 350e 4MATIC on the 20th (local time). The new GLC 350e 4MATIC is a plug-in hybrid (PHEV) model based on a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder gasoline turbo engine and is equipped with a 24.8 kWh battery and can drive up to 130 km in EV mode. Self-leveling suspension is standard.

The new GLC 350e 4MATIC is a PHEV and will be sold in the US in the second half of this year. The new GLC 350e 4MATIC is likely to be launched in Korea, and the existing GLC PHEV has also been sold in Korea. The new GLC 350e 4MATIC consists of a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder gasoline turbo engine, an electric motor, and a 24.8kWh battery.

The new GLC 350e 4MATIC has a combined total output of 317 horsepower and a maximum torque of 56.1kgm. It takes 6.7 seconds to accelerate from a standstill to 100 km/h. Faster than the new GLC 300 4MATIC. The maximum speed is 217 km/h. The new GLC 350e 4MATIC drives up to 130km based on WLTP in EV mode.

Mercedes-Benz predicted that the new GLC 350e 4MATIC would allow people to enjoy traveling without using the engine. The maximum speed in EV mode is limited to 140 km/h. The new GLC 350e 4MATIC battery supports 60kW fast charging and 11kW slow charging. When fast charging, it takes about 30 minutes to fully charge the battery.

The new GLC 350e 4MATIC comes standard with self-leveling suspension, 12.3-inch digital instrument panel, 11.9-inch display, smartphone wireless charging system, digital key, and 16WAY first-row electric seat. The top trim provides a head-up display, digital lamps, heat and noise blocking glass, and streaming.
