Volvo XC90 partial change leaked, clean front end ‘attention’

Volvo’s new XC90 has leaked. The new XC90, which was leaked by Volvo Switzerland on its official SNS, features a second partial change, including a sharply designed front headlight, Thor’s hammer daytime running lights, a grille with a unique pattern, and a new interior layout. The new XC90 will be officially unveiled on September 4 (local time).

The XC90 is Volvo’s large flagship SUV. The current model is the first partial change of the second generation released in 2014. The new XC90 has upgraded its product quality with the second partial change. Volvo plans to provide customers with a variety of choices through the new XC90 and the next-generation flagship electric SUV XC90 two-track.

The new XC90 has a completely changed front design. It has sleek headlamps, Thor’s hammer daytime running lights, and a grill with a unique pattern. The daytime running lights have been extended to dig into the side of the bumper, similar to the EX90. The grille has become narrower in width compared to the current model.

The XC90 partial change bonnet emphasizes volume through the character line. The new XC90 is expected to be downsized with 17-inch or 18-inch wheels, but 21-inch wheels are available as an option. The rear has not changed much. The graphics inside the tail lamp have been changed. The interior has a new layout.

It features a digital instrument panel, vertical display, and a new steering wheel. The latest Google-based infotainment system is built in. The new XC90 will be operated as a single plug-in hybrid trim. The 2.0 gasoline turbo engine, battery, and electric motor produce a combined total output of 449 horsepower.
